LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

The Federal law № 261 "About energy saving ..." gave a considerable push for the installation of an individual heat accounting on the Russian territory.
The law prescribes the mandatory introduction of all types of an energy’s individual accounting, beginning from January 1, 2012, in all the new buildings, and in case of technical opportunity in buildings’ reconstruction.

ACCOUNTING OF THERMAL ENERGY

It is well known to experts, that the organization of the modern system of a regulation and heat accounting is a complex of measures, which includes the following steps:

• installation of an automated accounting unit and control on the building’s input;
• balancing of the heating risers;
• equipment of each heater by the thermostatic controllers;
• Installation of devices of an individual accounting.

In accordance with the regulations, as door - to -door heat meters, our company applies the residential heat meters in heating systems with a horizontal distribution and the heat cost allocators of the Italian company Perry Electric - in vertical distribution systems.

RADIATOR HEAT COST ALLOCATORS

Radiator heat cost allocators is compact devices , measuring the temperature difference between the surface of the radiator and the air in the room.
The device integrates in time measured value of the temperature difference and calculates the amount of heat of the heater in proportional terms.
Translation coefficient of the allocators’ units into Gcal is differ for the different buildings and different measured periods.
This translation coefficient must be calculated for each accounting period by a distributing between the apartments of the house cost, measured by the house heat meter.
Calculations are produced by a special software, in which the algorithm of heat consumption distribution is put, according to the current standards.
Our company applies the software EQUO, and heat cost allocators CONTO 100R, developed by the Italian company Perry Electric.

The advantages of heat cost allocators are reasonable price, ease to install and maintenance.
The life time of the heat cost allocators is not less than 10 years, the intermediate calibration is not required within this period.
